For beginning students I do everything possible to keep costs down. I use Daniel Smith paints exclusively for my work. Their range of hues and pigment concentration can’t be beat. Daniel Smith carries my palette below as a ‘kit’. Purchased individually the paints would cost $203.82 but if purchased as a ‘kit’ the price would be $149.88 with free shipping. The kit is available on-line or by calling Bernadette Brown at Daniel Smith Artists’ Materials directly (800-426-6740).
